Delivery and Returns

 

Shipping

We ship worlwide, except for some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea

Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities.

Additionally, our shipping carriers have a list of countries where they temporarily don’t offer international shipping due to circumstances like natural disasters and other service disruptions. You can review the up-to-date information on the USPS homepage.

Please note that the list of countries where we or our shipping carriers don’t offer international shipping may change.

If you wish to know if it is possible to send a certain product to your address, please contact us. We will be happy to investigate this possibility.

 

 

Estimated delivery time

Since your product is made to order, it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Therefore, you will receive it in a timeframe that can range from 5 to 10 business days (average time for fulfillment, shipping and delivery), depending on the order's destination and also on the carrier chosen by our supplier.

A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods.

Payment methods

We use common payment systems and all transactions are secure and encrypted. You can pay with:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express);
  • PayPal;
  • Multibanco (only if you are in Portugal - MB Reference). A reference will be generated to your email and you can pay it at any MB spot or online with home banking.

 

 

Returns

Since our products are made to order, and since our business revolves around the principle of ethical, responsible and sustainable production, we kindly ask you to be responsible when making your purchase. Please choose the background color, finish and size you want for your poster carefully, so that you are happy with your order in the end.

We hope you are very happy with your purchase, but in case you are not, we'll glady accept your return. You have 14 days from when you received your order to return an item. We will accept items for exchange for one with the same value. All claims must be lodged with a note of the correct background color, finish and size wanted. Please make sure that all items are returned clean, unused and in their original packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for the expenses derived from transportation. We recommend you send by certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt. Otherwise, we cannot be held responsible if the parcel is lost or damaged.

After receiving back the item, the exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. ColorCine reserves the right to deny the return based in the items' bad condition, if it appears to have been used and if it has not been sent according to the instructions previously indicated.

We also accept exchanges and/or returns in case of manufacturing defect, print problem or damage to the product upon delivery. If so, you must contact us or send us an email immediately (ideally, within 5 days) after receiving the product.

Refunds

You will receive the amount through the same form of payment used in your purchase in an estimated time of 7-15 days, depending on your bank. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at geral@iconica.pt.

 

 

Cancellations

We gladly accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. So if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us, or send us an email at geral@iconica.pt.
